Well... I only know one word from Asuka, "Kiss" Probably just a guess but I think Asuka's saying that if she wins the duel with Judai, Judai must kiss her?

Well from what I read (or managed to) it seems that Asuka ask Judai to duel her while making a bet that if she win Judai have to go on a date with her but if she lose she'll give him a kiss (what a win-win solution for both of them).

Judai seems to be oblivious with it but not Yubel and Manjoume, both of them try to stop Judai from accepting the duel, but Judai being Judai just accept the duel although he himself said that he doesn't really understand what's happening which make Asuka think "This is why I like Judai"
