My best guess, knowing 0 Japanese, is that this one involves the woman locked into the lewd harness in the room between doors A and B, she can't get through door B but the dog can get through the smaller hatch. She must train the dog to do something for her, perhaps the central pillar at the far end has a key, and everything else is a distraction or obstacle. And the further the dog goes, the further the rope is pulled, which increases the intensity of vibrations.
It also looks like the dog bowls on the pillars have weight sensors, so that probably does something bad to her too, if the dog gets distracted and goes for the food.
I'm sure there are several details I've got wrong but I'm confident that I've understood the spirit of it. She's got to encourage the dog to do something for her and avoid the distractions.
