Shes not a lesbian, she was in love with a guy. They both need new organs he died she got his organs, then Fran brought him back to life or something, he took his organs back, Fran turned her into what she is and she took her organs back from her ex.

Now shes a monster that holds extra organs for Fran to use

Actually it was Madaraki Sr. who did that operation. Fran was either not yet created or back in the lab
