The picture is a parody the cover to (the in Japan oh so loved) Yngwie Malmsteens "Fire & Ice", released 1992. In case anyone wonders. And Malmsteen wears clothes like that on it and he hasn't exactly been a stranger to that style throughout the rest of his career, either.
