Ain't nothing wrong with the anatomy, Naiya.
It's all about the contortion of her body, and the angle of view.
The tits are realistic, her shoulder blades are visible because she's stick her chest out, and her legs are split. The only thing that looks off is the pinkie finger which is too large, but that's just nit-picking.
