those arnt striking scorpions, those arnt quite gaurdians ether... the rune on their heads are the wrong one for guardians.

The White one is the Autarch
the black ones are either Guardians or dire avengers.
the ork is a storm boy Nob "note the giant Rocket"
and he's pretty much screwed considering the massive amount of eldar and only 1 storm boy

The white one is the Exarch or Warlock, if anything.
And those are Dire Avengers as Luna stated, the paint scheme seems to match the Ulth'we.
In all honesty....that Nob is screwed, because that rocket has to run out of fuel sometime soon.

Orks don't really use fuel. Their weapons and vehicles are powered by Waaaaaagh!!. They put fuel in their tanks, but meks don't connect fuel lines to their engines.

I can't recall what they are called, but here is a fun fact for you folks; Craftworld Ulthwe, as seen here, has a special division of Guardians that specialize in offence and melee, as opposed to normal Guardians who are take-and-hold troops skilled mostly in long-range combat and defensive tactics. Your friendly ork-boy here is dropping right into a whuge troop of them - he's fucked, and that is a fact.
