Well, during early gestation, the clit is what actually turns into a penis on a baby in the womb. I mean from the moment an egg ion fertilized it is decided anyway what gender the baby is, but scientists have found out thats what the penis actually is, just an extension of the clit (with a few adjustmentgs made). Which is also why the head of a penis is so darn sensitive.

So I guess, this pic makes sense in a way.
