Also to note is that Rin is technically the father (came from his sperm cells) and Tsubaki is technically the mother (came from her egg cells). The issue is that the generations of inbreeding in the Yayoi family have left her with numerous health problems (she is the only surviving child of her generarion, which would make her literally the last surviving member of the Yayoi family), including a noticeably elevated risk of dying from pregnancy. So Rin chose to carry and give birth to the child.
Also what gave you the impression that the Yayoi family has another tradition that's similar to that one NTR doujin made by Kanten (I think it was [Kanten] Arranged Stolen Marriage of the Military Princess -The Taboo Pregnant Wife- (Netorare Vol. 2) [English] [CGrascal] [Digital])

Rin (future Jin) and Tsubaki had a daughter. The weird part is that Tsubaki is technically the mother and Rin is technically the father yet Rin was the one to give birth to her since pregnancy would be dangerous for Tsubaki due to underlying health issues (it's a long story).

To bad there is no such thing is a Rin Kisaragi in the cannon story of blazblue so why talk so much about it at all? hence why there is no Tag for a character that doesn't exist.
