If I remember right, tentacles sprout out of the pot and rape the duelist who played it. Over time, more tentacles appear, all of them begin extending to greater lengths, and, true to its name, it will bind and force itself upon all people who get too close or fail to escape its increasing range. This continues indefinitely or until the opponent plays a card that cancels out the effect.

Oh, and it steals wallets and purses, too. Because greed.
