Not even the original creators of both of those characters have the right to prevent other people from drawing them. (thier right of it goes as far as to stop them from using those characters to make real money from it) but not even the real creators have the right to prevent you from drawing them and sharing it.

And here you are anon2, on the internet where you see a drawing someone made combining tow aspects from two different series, and what goes through your mind? OP didn't ask for your opinion, he didn't ask whether or not he's allowed to combine those two. Why? because he doesn't need to, because even if someone (like you) told him not to, the fact is that your opinion doesn't mean shit, he can draw whatever the fuck he wants.

He has the freedom to state his opinion. Even if his opinion is that he wishes people wouldn't do what they have every free right to do.

I have the freedom to state my opinion and to tell him to fuck off, because no'one is obligated to stop doing something just because he doesn't like it.
