Why does everyone think every woman with big boobs is gonna have back issues or that girls with smaller breasts never have back issues? Yes I know it happens, but there's been women with large breasts who went their whole life never having back issues, and there's flat chested girls who have back issues from non boob related problems.

Everyone's different. Just cause big boobs can cause back issues doesn't mean they will.
