There are super powers in Hero Academia that are clearly memetic in nature. Tsuyu having the powers of a frog, for example - anything a frog is known for, she can do including things that not everyone would think of (eg camouflage). So there's no reason why Mina's acids might not be partly memetic in nature as well, in that they could be more 'liquids that can melt anything' rather than 'actual acids that have the same strengths and weaknesses as chemistry intended.'
Well, either that, or it's a porn picture and shouldn't be overthought.
