It's the fact that despite covering up everywhere else, the critical sexual areas are left on display, effectively implying that she goes out like that and that she's asking to get some. I'd know, because I'm in the same boat.
I love illustrations like this, but I genuinely wish there was a full-set version. Nothing beats a full set of plate armour, no matter how arousing the image might be.
