nope, the binding in the knee is bound to her collar, which makes the knee to the collar a fixed distance, making her not standing up unless she puts her head upside down between her legs.

See the extra rope loop right at the gap in her knees? That probably goes behind them and holds the rope in place so she can't slip out. And the rope going up at the back probably holds her in place so she can't lower her head much either. Don't worry, she's not going anywhere.
