Nah I think they're talking about how nara usually refers to muscle-y guys like these while yaoi refers to more slim-but-muscular or just animated types. Some ppl aren't into too muscular looking types so they tend to blacklist the thing they're not into so it doesn't take up search results. But some ppl don't tag their uploads properly for them to do that so I guess that's why they asked. Cuz it'll be easier to blacklist but also easier to find if you're looking for that kind of thing.
