the death tag needs to be removed she isn't dead she is just passed out due to the cold and probably no food for a while
the rabbit will probably take her in and make sure that she lives I mean she is only a pup in the corner pic
if she was dead then I'm sure some animal that isn't a rabbit would have tried to eat her by now and there would be blood all over the place but if you look you see that isn't the case so the rabbit must have just found her passed out and is going to save her :D
