I feel bad for Signas, I really do. he was made specifically to be the leader of the Maverick Hunters, and yet by X8 his role has been reduced to patting the returning Hunters on the back and maybe giving them some juice and cookies.

It's like they fleshed out the scoring system first, ensuring that as the leader, Signas would be the one to grade them and give them some much needed praise after a hard fight, then went about getting everything else straightened out. Except they forgot all about him until it came time to do the voice recording.

"Wait, what do you mean this is all of his lines?! Didn't we do more with him? ... Oh fuck, we forgot all about him; we were too busy furiously beating off to Layer and Pallette to even remember that there was another main character! Well... I guess he'll just have to have a reduced role in this game. Not like this'll be the last main series X game anyway!"

Alas, poor Signas...

Signas is the Leader of the maverick hunters.. So I would say it should be safe to assume he has to have Combat capabilities AT LEAST equal to Sigma's original Body or close to it
