X axis is how skilled they are at ball busting (left unskilled / right skilled)
Y axis is how much they like it (bottom dislike / up like)

It's more or less still right, it's just the wording's been changed a bit. The X axis refers to how ball busting is their specialty (right) and how poor they are at it (left.) The Y axis specifically refers to how assertive they are about ball busting (top) and how passive they are (bottom.)

Wriggle herself doesn't outright go out of her way to bust balls; she just ends up doing it a lot passively and reactively.
