Eh, Quick question here. . .

Does this happen to anybody else.
When I get the file, other stuff shows up but is unaccessible.

By that I mean this:

There is MOAR to the Image than you see here; like this is just a bottom or top section and the page it's on can't be seen by any of the viewers I am using(I've used like about 5).

So I guess I have two questions here:

What Viewer Do I need to Get to See the Rest of this Image Clearly and Where should I get it?

Opening it up in Paint will just give me the section; I find this behavior Very strange. . .
