Lilly looks totally out of it here, so whoever it is doing her, must be really hitting the spot. No, it's probably not her brother since according to her story in MI2, he's even squeamish about handling her 'smalls' as it were. Could be Joe, I suppose, assuming they met in secret or when Billy buggered off back to the States without her. Either way, I'm jealous as all hell. (T_T)
