I really like guessing at these things before the real translation takes place.
My interpretation:
This one seems to be a last-girl-remaining rape competition. Once you get fucked 100 times by another contestant, you are out. And there can only be one winner. The consequence for the loser is to be branded via the costume. The alternative to that consequence would be to voluntarily mount the dildo attached to the semen tank and get creampied.
It reminds me of Highlander.
