There's no "canon" breast size because she's not one character, she's a group of people who decided to dress up that way as part of a subculture. Meaning even your mom could be a hex maniac and the "alternate breast size" tag is pointless.

And even when compared to the official render, no, even the "canon" one is bigger than a flat chest:
