No it isn't, Anon1. This really is a genderswap of Shirou and Rin.

You're only getting confused because Ritsuka Male and Female's official designs were created as genderbent versions of Shirou and Rin.

...where did 1.089 came from? to maintain the ratio it'd have to be 167/159 which is ~1.050
