Saw you complaining on another picture too. Isn't there enough anime already? I don't think beryl has ever looked better, this artist is improving and I hope he doesn't go back.

I'm torn on the new style. On one hand, she's supposed to be 29 years old and actually looks 29 years old in the new style. On the other hand, cute anime style doe.

But I think I prefer her actually looking her age since cutesy anime girls are a dime a dozen. Nice to see a mature character once in a while to break up the monotony.
