Ok so what I can make of this. The orc wants to buy an elf slave, but not just for sex and labour, but also as a wife for love and romance. That's why he puts the wedding ring through her nipple in stead of just settling for the chain, signifying you are both wife and slave to me, I love you but I own you as well. He later realises the anal beads are making her uncomfortable so he pulls them out and she loves him for it. Then she offers him to chain her on her own initiative out of gratitude, which he reluctantly accepts. The rest is obvious. What a beautiful relationship!
