Uh, I think it says something like "By the way, I was not a bikini girl, I was a pareo (a piece of cloth that wraps around the body, apparently) girl"
It uses "datta" instead of just "da," so I believe it's in the past tense. Also, "girl" may not be accurate enough; it says "onee-san," which is most commonly translated as "older sister," but it can also apparently mean "older girl," "young lady," "miss," and "ma'am."
