Considering all the Fate characters are actually named characters throughout history and legend, just labeling her Rider seems lazy.
Since I imagine no one even KNOWS of Saint Martha as a rider, chances are THIS one is Medusa.

She goes by Rider in the Fate/Stay Night anime, and fanart was being made for her long before her True Name was revealed. It would be more of a hassle to make an entirely different tag, especially since Medusa already exists.

back in the day keeping their true names hidden and only using their class names was a big thing, as using there true name is basically a spoiler. also, back when the tags were made "Rider" refereed to single character, so there wasn't any confusion.

characters from Fate/Zero and Fate/Extra hand "zero" and "extra" added on the their class to denote the difference.

Fate/Grand Order changed all that.
