Why don’t more characters use clones during sex? I mean if you could be all over someone or were capable of banging multiple partners at the same time, wouldn’t you?

Aren't most clones illusionary? Wasnt the point of naruto's shadow clones that they could actually physically interact with the world

The point of the SHADOW clones was that they CAN interact.
If you watch the first episode that Sakura sees him using them, during their first test with Kakashi, she comments in shock that the clones are real, as opposed to just illusions.
