Curiously, coming across this image again now (not by looking through my favourites) I did spot it and thought "wow, kudos to whoever was eagle-eyed enough to spot that".
Strikes me as a bit mundane for the "when you see it" tag. A hickey is the plainer older sister of the lipstick mark and I wish people wouldn't tag it as such. It's bad enough "lipstick mark" collections are diluted by images of lipstick rings on the penis which is just, whatever. Sadly "lipstick kiss" seems to be a null tag here now.
But I'm just glad we have them at all, really.
