That is actually the point of the Bikini Armor. It is for Female Adventurer's who are having trouble getting male partners as it is actually a common issue. Due to many female adventurer's possessing a lot of strength or look intimidating in their full armor they tend to cause most guys to stay away or just not really give them attention.
Not so much an issue with the Female Adventurer's of the Witch/Mage or Priestess variety, but rather the frontline Knight or Warrior types. The casters tend to wind up in ceremonial gear that flaunts their form.
Female Knight was actually considering getting the armor to try to appeal to Heavy Swordsman, but Goblin Slayer gave her better advice. To try wearing civilian clothes instead for the Harvest Festival date since she normally wears armor all the time. His advice proved to be super effective for her date with Heavy Swordsman.
