Puffypinkpaws draws the best feet, I've come to recognize their art style as one of the few that does feet right. MostlyFunStuff is a close second but PPP is my #1. I think it's got something to do with the copious amounts of detail in the shading and wrinkles in the skin. Arches are done very well as well. 10/10 would recommend

Problem's just that his perspective game for thighs and calves connecting the feet to the rest of the body is pretty weak and often enough the faces he draws are lacking too basically implicating it's all just feet with the rest being an optional necessity which is kinda "meh".

I much prefer artists like Casino_(casinoep), Kairuhentai, Naturalton or Rosaline ( among others ) where feet certainly have a higher priority than in other artists works but not so much that there's a noticeable quality gap in the artwork itself like with PPP where the feet might be considered above average but the rest of the subject is, like already mentioned, "meh" at best.
