This meme started with an artist named Nyantcha (also known as ThiccWithAQ on Twitter) drawing an NTR comic featuring Sonia and Leon as a romantic couple with Chairman Rose as the cuckolder.

It's popularity has been increasing. I saw a japanese artist doing a cover of it based on Nyantcha's interpretation of it.

Prepare for another Bowsette once this gets popular with japanese artists.
