^ So to give context:
This is a web animated show created by an AniTuber after YouTube basically screwed over his channel and demonitized his platform for his content. As a last resort, the guy invested a bunch of money turning his OC character that is the mascot of his channel into an actual anime series that he publishes on his YouTube channel, funded by his fans on Patreon. The show will feature Otachan, a school girl looking anime girl who is actually in her early 20's and is an alcoholic and drug addict, following her crazy adventures.

The studio that animates his show is Studio Yuraki, which actually does animate anime content and storyboarded by Collateral Damage Studios. His work has been animated by both eastern and western freelance animators, such as Jarrett Martin (a western freelance animator who has worked on anime in Japan) and Nicca (a Thai animator) and more.
