I had a sex D&D party once where we played out the scenario of a Beholder not having extra eye stalks but penis tentacles instead. Fun!
Btw sex and D&D is amazing! It's essentially just maximum roleplay, and rolling to se wether you dominate a enemy or become dominated by the enemy.
