It’s hard to maintain and animate that amount of detail on a character on top of everything else. More time and money would be needed probably.

Anon 2 don't give me that shit. We get muscular men in anime all the time. In a show where there's 20+ women there's really no excuse for not making one of them muscular especially in a setting where it's about warrior women.
