This characters name is " Bitch Kyuubi ", no joke.

Its my most adored and favoured version of the Kyuubi. Those brute-beast-within-maincharacters have become a gay mainstream in the anime-worlds, i could puke...

Then i prefer a cool and beautiful Kyuubi-Onna way more then a fag-beast-kyuubi.

Lies. The Kyubi is a male.
Sure, the concept of a female Kyubi might be interesting...but the fact of the matter is that in the Naruto manga (and thus, Kishimoto's mind) women are usless beings that can only fit support roles.

While I don't agree with his vission, I do have to argue with Daydreamer about how most "inner demons" in Shonen are male. What's acutally become mainstream, is the fact that beings with "abosolute power" are portrayed as either hot women, or cute little girls.

Im actually glad that AT LEAST this manga's Kyubi is a violent, badass and MANLY destroyer...and not a "seductress" which allures people with her mysterious nature...but hardly ever uses her powers to actually FIGHT.

This is Shonen people.

Fem. Kyuu is most definitely one of the best things to happen to the Naruto Fandom. It's like, no one dislikes it once they read it, whatever porblems they may have with it. The reason? Most Female Kyuubis in Naruto fanfiction are actually badass. Check out Black Flames Dance in the Wind on FF.net if you don't believe me.

@Anon5 Even if the manga uses elements from popular folklore, it doesn't mean it has to follow every single rule of the legend its based on. The proof being that in legends, the eight-tails was supposed to be the Yamata no Orochi (the 8-headed/tailed snake)...while on this manga is a giant mix between a bull and an octupus.

The fact of the matter is that while poeple can draw and believe whatever they like the most, the Kyubi in the Naruto manga is male.
