Anon 2. Futa on girl is still considered yuri, as a futa for the most part is female with extra bits. Yuri tag stays.
Anon 3, the artist however is someone that people should provide as it credits the artist. Also providing the source is just courtesy as it allows the staff to more easily check for duplicates or paid content, don't be a jerk.

Yeah, the tags are apparently locked, for... some.. reason.
And by the way, I could argue for why providing a source is a moral obligation, but I don't really feel like it. Just post your damn sources already. It's really not that hard.

The "yuri" and "futanari" tags are mutually exclusive. They should only both exist on a post if said post features (separately) both yuri and futanari.
Users are (unfortunately) not required to add sources to your uploads. However, it is immensely helpful when you do and when you don't, everyone (especially me) thinks much less of you for it.
Additionally, artists who find their works on the site unsourced may assume the uploader is attempting to steal their creations, and send a DMCA takedown request. It is this kind of scenario that should motivate you to do the decent thing and credit the person who worked hard to bring an image to life.
