I think the "doctor's note" at the bottom of the picture is one of my favorite parts of brainwashing. The idea that, even if she's rescued and allowed to return to a "normal" life, she still feels the effects of everything, is incredibly hot. She may be free of further training, but she won't be free of the training she already got...
