1) Some people like gigantic tits. Nothing more to it. People don't have to justify their fetishes.

2) Some people aren't interested in fat chicks. It's fine to be, but wanting to look at unrealistically big boobs doesn't go hand in hand with BBWs.

I'd suggest it depends on sexual imprints, either in adolescence or quite possibly earlier. For example, watching my classmates sprout breasts was highly arousing to my adolescent self, but I can't actually pin down the cause of that other than towards genetics, hormones and relative randomness. Sexual awakening and animals in cartoons combined can explain furries, sexual preference and fetishes seem to be a matter of happenstance. Also, diving into the chaotic pool of fetishes in abundance on the net, can get you even more and niche ones, as many people here can attest by their experience.
