Does anyone notice the girls are lowering in quality? Not just appearance-wise to you SJWs out there, but as characters too.

^^^ I can't argue with that. Ever since 5D's ended, the quality of both the series and girls has dropped. Tori was the biggest drop, being such a piece of trash when we had underused characters like Anna, Rio, and even Cathy that could've take her place easily. Zuzu and Skye/Aoi were at least decent (at least they could use a deck and actually Duel well enough to get passing grades), though Zuzu got demoted to extra status despite being a big plot point and Skye/Aoi usually lost major Duels despite her growth. And I have no hopes for this new girl, especially since the new series looks like garbage.

So, yeah, I can see what you mean. Akiza was the last "good" main girl Yugioh has had in a long time, though at least Zuzu and Skye/Aoi were significant steps-up from Tori. But, yeah, the quality of the girls and series as a whole dropped after Akiza pretty harshly.

I just want to point something out: Romin, the youngest girl pictured, at age 11, is more developed than Kotori, the second oldest at 13, and even Aoi, who's 16.
