It looks off because of the shoulder/hip/butt ratio. from this angle, it's not very clear if the hips are wider than the shoulders, which is a common trait among attractive female figures. The shoulders being broader than the hips is more common in the male figure, so it's kind of uncomfortable to look at at times.
