She's not fat at all, but curvy at most with better proportions than hitomi that is all boobs.
both have great huge areolas, even though hitomi stands out better in this area

Fuko's not fat anymore. If you manage to find her instagram you'll see that she's really slimmed down a lot (and kept her bust size thankfully). Seems like she managed to quit doing AV and has been living her best life ever since. I'm really happy for her personally.

Hitomi in her peak years 2014-2015 was glorious and closer to Fuko in size. This video shows how she looked like in 2012 or 2013 when she was smaller.
Peak hitomi vs Fuko would be a fair comparison.
