I doubt it is accurate. I can't read, but I know that kanji, it means 'death'.

Google translate as "'ll Still die of"　（but only after I get rid off the 'ん', else it just don't).

the ん is an informal tensing of ない. The じゃ at the end is generic old man idiosyncrasy.
