hmmm... by the looks of it. He killed his girlfriend. I see blood stains on the bed. the window is open. The Otaku obviously didn't want a real girlfriend. So he stabbed his girlfriend and threw her out the window and now as you can see... she is now dead. She's now an angel and when she died the last thing she saw was his boyfriend hugging a sex pillow.

How sad indeed... he just killed her over a sex pillow. What a dumbass. LOL
