Everybody's superpowers always manifest unexpectedly at first, in this world.

So I can't help but think of what a magnificent fantasy "Mount Lady's" first manifestation was like. All I can imagine is a young girl in college suddenly bursting out of her street clothes, as she unexpectedly grows to about fifty feet tall in the middle of class. That would make a fantastic HENTAI scenario all by itself! I would pay money for that bit of story...

Except a key point to the story is that quirks almost never manifest past the age or 4 to 5.

She wouldn't be a 50 foot college girl, she'd be a 40 foot naked loli.
