Can you even consider or classify Audrey as female? The voice doesn't match the gender of the Alien Plant. Wouldn't Audrey be classified as Male? Real confused here. Lol.

Technically plants don't have a gender, they have "male" and "female" parts though. Then again Audrey is an alien and I never saw the movie so who knows.

Not always true. Some plants (holly, for example) have distinct male and female individuals.

I think Audrey is either a self-fertilizing hermaphrodite or a female capable of parthenogenesis, as it managed to have a lot of descendants by itself.

Wasn't that done by cuttings or something? Its been a long time since I've watched that movie so Im not sure. Male plants could be propagated using cuttings, no problem.
