Added some translations to it. Not really sure what "Pikachu" is saying... but I can get parts of it:
sorosoro masuta~ni nattaradoudayo, Satobo.
sorosoro can mean anytime or simply now I think...
masuta~ is pretty straightforward: Master
nattaradoudayo... Not sure what that is. I tried looking for verbs that became "Natta" but that didn't yield any noticeable results besides "Naru" or "to become." "-ra" can be a plural indicator... or "And so on..." And I should know what "Doudayo" is, but I can't quite place it...
Satobo: I think she's calling Sato a little boy or something to that effect. "-bo" can be a short way of doing so when you tag it onto the end of someone's name.

I think she's saying something like: "Now you've become my master, Sato."

I'm not sure though, so I'm not adding the translation to that spot. :/
