I've used a condom for a different purpose. You see, I fill them up with water, tie them up and chuck them at random people on the street. But be warned, that you can run or else you are going to get killed. Although, I guess balloons would be much better, but than again condoms are small so you can have alot of them. TRY IT, especially if you live in a big city. Also it doesn't have to be water, it could be piss.
