I like how nice Tifa is playing nice with them. But really, those two are trying to steal her man sort of. Although it’s not like Tifa and Cloud were really a thing until no other option but Yuffie was available.

Or Aerith really. She only was drawn to Cloud because he was carbon copying Zack. If she had seen him when his original personality kicked back in she'd have dropped him like a sack of potatoes.

I don’t think Aerith was only into Cloud just because he’s acting like her first romantic interest, that’d be incredibly shallow. And I think she showed signs of wanting to get to know the real him. Plus Cloud was friends with Zack so it’s not impossible that she would have any interest in him beyond the surface level or get along with him at least a little, she might’ve got an inkling of him from her time with Zack.

Whatever helps lessen the impact of her death and cements your already established ships I guess.

At what little time this would have been a possible scene, considering the death timings...None of them are head over heels for Cloud, they might all seem to LIKE him though. if they spent time together enough to be three friends, this is very likely how it could look.
