IMO, he did the order perfectly. Give full energy and massive load to your best/fav 1st, enough for your 2nd girl (2nd fav being Marianne) and finish off with the least likely to put any fight/effort and that you don't need to truly put much effort in. Still to each his own.

yes, of course. A resisting cunt can put up quite a fight, you'd be surprised. They have a lot of energy at that age. Plus, breaking the fighter right away will demoralize the others and make them subsequently easier to ruin afterwards.
